The Solano County District Attorney’s office has agreed to the deal, as court records on Tuesday show that Walker will be sentenced at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 13 in Department 7 in the Justice Building in Vallejo.

Sean Matthew Walker, who appeared Wednesday and Thursday in Department 7 for a management conference and a pretrial motion, will face prospective jurors at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday in Judge Tim Kam’s courtroom in the Justice Building in Vallejo.
