TROY, N.Y. — Troy police have made an arrest in connection with an arson case that happened at the Sage College Troy campus. The incident was reported on March 25, by the Sage Public Safety Department. Officers at the College located the damage to the building, and the Troy Fire Department responded to assess it. Police say back in March, Shaquan Small of Cohoes set fire to two card readers that allow access to Ackerman Hall, which is on 102 2nd Street.
