In washington, the senate has scheduled a vote today to pass an emergency spending bill that would prevent it. If that vote passes, the legislation will then go back to the house with one major piece missing, defunding the Affordable Care act. Libby joins us from capitol hill. What will the senate be voting on today . A series of votes starting this afternoon at 12 30, and one of the key elements is theyll put forth an amendment that would get rid of this defunding of the federal health care law. Dont expect to see that survive. We can expect the senate to pass this short material spending bill keeping the government funding and operating through november 15. This is near the davis street exit because of a rollover accident. These are live pictures up above from newschopper2. The accident is in the northbound direction and its blocking three lanes of traffic. There are reports of a person trapped inside the car. You can see this backup stretches for miles. Tuy, im looking actually, im looking at the ktvu website at the traffic map. It shows black basically on 880 in both directions at the davis street exit heading southbound. You will be backed up as well as heading northbound both on the site of the accident. This is a rollover accident at davis street. It happened in the northbound direction. Traffic is backed up severely in both directions because of this and theres no estimate on when this accident will be cleared.
