Cannes-winning filmmaker Park Chan-wook and late actress Kang Soo-youn won the Eungwan Order of Cultural Merit - the second-highest national order of cultural merit - at the 2022 Korea Popular Culture and Arts Awards, Thursday. Nobody received the highest order of cultural merit this year.
