Kupwara,October 19 (Scoop News)-Union Minister of State for Law and Justice Prof. S.P Singh Baghel today said that it was a matter of pleasure that Kashmir is witnessing a sea-change in the field of peace, prosperity and development following the abrogation of Article 370 and 35A.

Kupwara ,February 12 (Scoop News)- The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has introduced a special initiative for effective youth engagement and outreach under the aegis of Youth Volunteer Programme of Mission Youth.
During the programme Voluntary services of Members of Youth club shall be utilized actively, so that the objectives of programme are realized in full.
In this regard, the District Nodal Officer, Mission Youth (ADC) Kupwara, has issued a circular regarding holding of Youth Volunteer Programme in the district.
