The latest NASA Hubble image captured just showed space fans a magnificent view of two interacting galaxies.

Much has been made of comparing the capabilities of the Hubble and James Webb space telescopes, but the two satellites are also working together to peer into... 24.02.2022, Sputnik International

The Hubble Space Telescope continues to scout on behalf of the newly launched James Webb Space Telescope to guide future astronomy work.

The duo are collectively known as Arp 143, made up of the glittery, distorted star-forming galaxy NGC 2445, and the less flashy NGC 24444.

The ongoing interaction between two galaxies 320 million light-years away has been captured in a gorgeous Hubble image.

The duel between the galaxies, 22 million light-years from Earth, resembles a violent encounter in the Milky Ways distant past that could have shaped it.

The larger spiral galaxy is known as NGC 7753, while its smaller companion is called NGC 7752. The pair are 220 million light-years away in the Pegasus constellation.

The research may shed light on cosmic evolution.

NASA has shared an incredible image captured by the Hubble Space Telescope that shows two galaxies tied in sort of a cosmic dance.

NASA Hubble Space Telescope has captured two dancing galaxies. The interacting galaxies are more than 200 million light-years from Earth.
