Ringo Starr is no stranger to Clearwater, but he got to do something new in the city tonight when he brought the 15th edition of his All-Starr Band—featuring Toto’s Steve Lukather, Men At Work’s Colin Hay, Average White Band’s Hamish Stuart, and Woodstock keyboard whiz Edgar Winter,  plus saxophonist Warren Ham, and drummer Gregg Bissonette—to downtown's new venue, The Sound.
