LINCOLN –– A 30-year-old woman from Carroll, New Hampshire, identified as Kadeen N. Johnson, died in a rollover crash on Interstate 93 South on September 10, according to the New Hampshire State Police. The incident occurred around 6:51 p.m. near mile 104.4 in Lincoln. An adult female passenger was ejected and trapped under the vehicle, later succumbing to her injuries. A second vehicle following witnessed the crash and backed their truck into the Infiniti to help lift it off the female.
The Hillsborough County Attorney's Office said there is insufficient evidence to support criminal charges against Thomas Ouellette, the father of Nick, 16, and Gavin, 6, Ouellette who were killed in the crash.
