The number of delegates up for grabs in the commonwealth could be decisive in determining who clinches the president al nomination for the republican and democratic parties. Heres a look at who is on the ballot in virginia. On the democratic side, three people are on the ballot, but only former secretary of state Hillary Clinton and vermont senator Bernie Sanders are squaring off in the states primary. Democrats are competing for 95 delegates plus 15 superdelegates. On the republican side, thirteen names will be on the ballot, including many who have dropped out of the race. Then there was a huge explosion that happened and at that point authorities believe that is what caused the situation that killed the elderly couple. People did try to save them but it wasnt to be. This devastation here an entire community is feeling this and feel the pain of this. Investigators are still working on this case and it will take them time to get everything done. Is the driver facing charges here . Well, the investigation is continuing. And troopers tell me they will put everything together they were doing measurements and talking to more people. They are going to put all of that together and give it to the District Attorneys Office and let the folks there decide if theres going to be charges and that could come in the next day or two. That red circle shows what appears to be a gun in his right hand. But chief howard hall revealed it was actually a bb pistol. So an officer tried and failed to tase him, twice. Thats when spencer turned around, with the gun still in his hand.
