The jury has been selected in the trial of a Baltimore City police instructor. William kern faces charges in the shooting of a recruit training trainee during a Training Exercise. He did not want to plead guilty to seconddegree assault so the case is moving forward with the jury really tear it. The trial will focus on what happened every 12 at this site.
