Hap Seng Land Chief Operating Officer, David Khor (pictured) said three will be developed in Kuala Lumpur including at Jalan Kia Peng, KL Metropolis near the suburbs of Segambut where the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre is located, and the newly purchased Wisma KFC building in Jalan Sultan Ismail. Two will be developed in Sabah.

HAP Seng Consolidated Bhd has emerged as the new owner of Wisma KFC in Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur, after purchasing the asset from Singapore-based property developer and manager Royal Group for RM190 million, according to documents sighted by The Edge.

KUALA LUMPUR: The FBM KLCI bucked regional trends and closed lower on Monday in the absence of fresh catalysts amid rising number of Covid-19 cases in the country.
