Here are a number of recalls that have been announced over the past two weeks for food products sold in British Columbia, including almond butter, plant-based meatballs, cookies, and tortillas.
Some of the products are from Metro Vancouver, and all of them are being recalled because they may contain allergens that aren t declared on their labels.
Almond butter
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) announced on February 27 that Federated Co-operatives Ltd. is recalling its
Co-op Gold Pure brand Almond Butter Crunchy Roasted because it may contain cashews not declared on the label.
