Now witnesses who spoke out that day of believed that the officer tackled this pedestrian to the ground, slapped his head into the ground, grabbed him and pushed his face into the pavement. The investigation showed by a number of witnesses none of that whatsoever happened. It was even a Traffic Camera from the intersection that actually showed the officer chasing after the pedestrian and you can see off in the distance what looks like the pedestrian falling on his own. Then the officer getting into a typical police stance holding him with a knee on his back and hand on his shoulder but by Police Standards using no Excessive Force and walking him back to his police car.
