CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WV News) — A 43-year-old Bridgeport man has been arrested in the Tuesday night homicide of a 46-year-old Clarksburg man, according to law enforcement.
Unfortunately for the man, identified as Pedro Serrano, he also told officers he had a big bag of methamphetamine in his car, which was parked outside the station.
