A Pennsylvania man has been federally indicted after he allegedly threatened to kill members of Congress, including one on the day after the U.S. Capitol riot, and shoot Black people “to keep them in line.”
Harry E. Miller, 62, of Allegheny County is charged with sending threatening communications in interstate commerce, according to a statement from the office of U.S. Attorney Scott Brady’s office in Pittsburgh.
If convicted, Miller could face up to five years in prison, a $250,000 fine, or both, for each charge. He was arraigned in U.S. District Court in Pittsburgh on Friday and released on a $25,000 unsecured bond.
