Agriculture your username January 21, 2021 According to Tyson Foods, Inc.’s Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) report filed on Wednesday, the company has settled antitrust claims against it from each of the three classes of plaintiffs in the Northern District of Illinois broiler chicken antitrust lawsuit.  The SEC filing said that the companies would pay to the classes “an aggregate amount of $221.5 million,” which would be placed on 2021’s first quarter financial statements.
