Fenwick: ‘I want big focus!’ T&T vs USA to be aired live on WESN, as Warriors return to action
The Soca Warriors’ friendly international match against the United States tomorrow on Sunday 31 January will be broadcast live on WESN, within Trinidad and Tobago’s borders, in a welcome fillip for local football fans.
Warriors supporters were routinely unable to catch sight of their team during the David John-Williams-led administration as no feed was secured for the twin island republic while they played across the globe.

USMNT head coach Gregg Berhalter and U-23 head coach Jason Kreis held a joint camp in Bradenton, Florida with a large young group and a smaller MNT roster. After U-23 camp broke last weekend, Berhalter brought a combined group to Orlando for this match. Concerns about cancellation due to the COVID pandemic were assuaged, with the TTFA thanking the USSF “for their vigilance” and “quite extensive protocol.”
