(Shutterstock) HAMDEN, CT A Hamden man with a long criminal history has been sentenced to more than 10 years in prison for distributing drugs, according to authorities. Frank Carr, also known as FL, 53, was sentenced Tuesday to 10 years and six months in prison, followed by eight years of supervised release for distributing drugs and violating the conditions of his supervised release from a previous federal conviction, U.S. Attorney for Connecticut John H.
