DENBIGH In Bloom and Forget Me Not volunteers joined forces recently to plant a tree in recognition of those in the community who have been affected by Covid-19. The groups met with Matron Hayley Lowe, Junior Sister Chloe Williams and Denbigh infirmary day services manager Jayne Jones to plant the crab apple tree in Lower Parc. The tree has been planted as a memorial to all those in Denbigh and its surrounding areas who have been affected by Covid-19, as well as to recognise and thank the army of key workers and volunteers who have given so much to the town over the course of 2020.
