New Image Shows Violent Events Near a Supermassive Black Hole
Scientists have captured the first image showing the violent events around a black hole, showing the point from which a jet of high-energy particles is formed. The image was created using 16 telescopes around the world and shows the entire system around a black hole for the first time.
