Normally you have a head wind if youre flying 130, youre crossing the ground at 120 which means you dont have as much momentum to stop. when you have a tail wind it reverses that. instead of 120, youre coming in at 140 with a tail wind it makes it much harder to stop. that may have been a factor. i checked the airport diagram and there is engineers system at the end of the runway. from the best i can tell of the photographs, the plane is not off the very end of the runway but off to the right of...
