Now, little bit about just to give a sense of how i come to this issue and look at it and why i think it is so important. Some of you may know that i spent 20 years in the social Services Departments of new york state and new york city working on antipoverty programs. I was focused on the various issues with our ways in which we help people get into work and get out of poverty and move up economically. Those things were important. I always k
