Atlanta is bracing for more protests, and the citys mayor is ordering new rules for officers tonight after Rayshard Brooks was shot and killed by police and all of it was caught s caught on tape. The 27 year old was asleep in his car at a wendys drivethru when he was approached by police on friday night.
