Demanding treatment before tragedy and i find it encouraging that attention is finally focused on improvement but both bills right now failed to tang int take into accounts y aspects of why our system is dysfunctional. Theres less visible severely mentally ill who live with family members and attempt to ward off disaster for their loved ones and bear the brunts of death threats, visible and physical abuse and disruption of their entire lives attempting to protect their family members. Yet, we have advised by representatives of the department of health to let our loved ones to be destitute to they qualify for services, that is evident.
