Twenty-five years ago this month, co-owner John Soranno built a wood-burning oven in a St. Paul strip mall and forever changed the way Twin Citians look at pizza. The crust on this meticulously prepared Neapolitan-style pizza wet on the bottom, bubbled and charred around the edges is at its glorious best as soon as it leaves the oven.
