Mr. Chairman as we heard during our hearing in both the immediate an long term ukraine is going to require a wide range of assistance from the United States and our international partners. My amendment adds resolve clause to the resolution that expresses the support of the house to work with our partners in ukraine to improve transparency, combat corruption and protect individual rights through independent judiciary and strong rule of law. Making improvements in these areas will be crucial to longterm stability in ukraine and they are also the foundation which strong democratic governance is built. Yeah. Its a good question and something we think a lot about. I think, to fall. Part of visits institutionalizing it but also, so weve done that through harder ships with different agencies. Lets move childcare, a partnership between hhs. When you have those kind of partnerships it adds that infrastructure and we tried to do that in a number of different places. But also its about and working to have the issues transcend us and helped to spark action and activity and engagement in ways that are going to take off that we are not actually doing.
