Frankie & Benny s owner The Restaurant Group (TRG) has warned it faces more turmoil as it revealed the second national lockdown in England cost them £15million.
The company was forced to shut all its outlets - including Garfunkel s and Wagamama - from November 5 to December 3 and currently has over 100 sites closed under the latest tiered restrictions.
It said these rules mean 145 of its UK establishments permit patrons to dine indoors; 142 of its English venues will just allow takeaway and delivery services, 100 are in Tier Two, and only a single site is in Tier One.
