Baywater Farms a 6 generation family-owned produce farm just made the purchase.
The spot will become Baywater Trading Company offering produce, baked goods, and grab and go produce boxes.
We are told by the company helping to sell Farmer’s Wife that this new concept could bring in business for the town, and give people more options.
“They are growing this business so that they are delivering those specialty vegetables to restaurants all over the area, Ocean City and the beach areas, but they are also delivering to northern Virginia and D.C., so that business is growing something and those dollars come back to our community,” Henry Hanna, Senior Advisor with SVN Miller Commercial, said.
