UC Berkeley students recently received reminders to complete their Student Health Insurance Plan, or SHIP, waiver by July 17. That is, to avoid paying the $75 late fee. In total, students pay 16 or more fees in addition to their tuition, according to the campus registrar's website.
MLK Jr. Student Union and Eshleman Hall will be open to the public from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday. The student union will be open to the public 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays.
