Historic Queen Anne mansion in St. Cloud goes on market for $500K The century-old home once housed a mayor and a bed and breakfast.  July 23, 2021 9:29am Text size Copy shortlink: A Victorian mansion in the heart of St. Cloud that was home to the mayor more than a century ago and in more recent years has been a bed and breakfast is now up for sale. The Queen Anne style home, which has been called the John N. Bensen House after its original owner as well as the Heritage House Bed and Breakfast, is listed for $500,000. Owner Deb Middelstadt noted that even though the 3,830-square-foot house is more than 100 years old, it was built with the future in mind. It included heated furnaces and a fireplace and was the first property in downtown St. Cloud to be fully electric.

Joyce Marin made it to the Quarter Finals of the worldwide Favorite Chef Competition before losing her standing in the top slot during the final second before voting ended. While not able to advance on to the Semi Finals, Marin had dominated the first four rounds, ending each in first place. The couple started the remodeling process in 2016 and it took about 13 months to fully renovate the house. “We might as well not stop there.” Jeff said. “Let’s keep going and in 2017 we began renovation of the barn.”
