Police said Louis Cosimeno, 34, of Herkimer, passed a stop sign without stopping at about 1:30 a.m. on Feb. 6, prompting an officer to follow him to a nearby driveway in an attempt to pull him over. Police said Cosimeno got out of his vehicle and attempted to push past the officer, and he was taken into custody following a brief struggle.
