like the show 24. there is facial recognition. and it doesn t work like that. because a lot of the guys traveling back can forth don t have a foot print in the security or law enforcement field. you are saying there s nothing to check them with. the finger print show they are a refugee. that is it a forennic and not proactive. that s what the french prosecutor was saying, they got finger prints and go back to october 3rd in greece when they were finger printed and at that point, that s all we know. we don t know what they were doing before or after that. and see for the system to work the way everybody expects it to work. you would have had to have that individual in a database to alert somebody that this is a bad guy. the databases are not that s true of any can common
enough. but i don t give a damn so much about an ice detainer. he actually cites case law and says you have got to hold somebody on the warrant. ice detainer is for a civil proceeding. it s not for a criminal one. so that s the problem is that you know, does ice really have the authority to hold somebody? you may not. but greta. wait a minute. you don t need a rocket scientist to say that y all should communicate ice and the sheriff between each other. then you know where the blame is? right here in this city with this president this house and this congress. because i can tell you there is so much bureaucratic craziness in all of this that the sheriff doesn t know what to do and ice doesn t know what to do and they don t have the resources because congress and the president i don t know where they are. they have done nothing on this. you may be right about congress and the president. but the fact about it is it doesn t take a rocket scientist to know that if you have got

differently under our system. this is being done for political reasons. politicians get votes because they pander to specific groups. that s what they are doing this. they are not enforcing the law to get reelected. what san francisco should do is what i.c. does use their discretion. i.c.e. doesn t deport every single person they possibly could. they use their resources to deport the worst of the worst just like mr. francisco sanchez. san francisco should take a look at who they have in jails say i m not going to turn this person over to i.c.e. who is a hard working man who didn t break any other laws. this guy, he s a danger to the community. san francisco is not using common sense in that regard. you would think seven felony convictions might be a sign. thanks for joining this morning. my pleasure. first it was the confederate
