The Bombay High Court was informed that the 17-year-old pregnant girl did not wish to initiate criminal proceedings against her minor partner as their relations were consensual.
"This cannot be tolerated even for a minute. We are increasingly finding that borrowers are taking the law into their own hands," the Bombay High Court said.
The Bombay High Court on Friday ordered the Maharashtra government to properly use its sanctioned health budget in an expedited manner to procure drugs and medical equipment.
