Environmental Protection Agency EPA held virtual meeting for Science Advisory Committee on Chemicals SACC members, ad hoc reviewers, public to comment on draft charge questions for review of draft documents related to TSCA cumulative risk assessment.

The EPA will hold a virtual public preparatory meeting on April 24, 2023 for the Science Advisory Committee on Chemicals to review two draft documents related to cumulative risk assessment under the Toxic Substances Control Act, TSCA. Registration is accepted until April 21.

EPA released for public comment its Proposed Principles of Cumulative Risk Assessment under the Toxic Substances Control Act which proposes a set of principles for evaluating cumulative risks for chemicals undergoing risk evaluation under the TSCA. Comments are due April 28, 2023.
