Mount Carmel held a night parade, starting at 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, 2023. The event, which last about 25 minutes, included Volunteer High School s Marching Band, elected officials, antique vehciles, emergency vehicles, Santa Claus on a fire truck and horse riders.
