He has not done so yet. In most instances, people surrender themselves to the martinez detention facility behind me. But his Attorney Says hes trying to negotiate a private surrender instead. Its unclear whether he will be successful. Nonetheless, harrington will go before a judge to face at least two felony counts of data theft. Hes essentially accused of stealing explicit pictures from the cell phones of women he arrested, then sharing them with at least two other officers.
