That offers a window into his mentality that he s trying to fight back against this alleged conspiracy by the fbi and the doj that s trying to undermine his presidency. in the process of him saying that, in my mind, it also indicates well that he s kind of acknowledging that he is obstructing the probe. he s kind of admitting that he wants to quash it because he does not believe either that it s legitimate or that is the argument that he s making. but for him to say that his idea of, you know, fighting back is essentially obstructing the investigation is really telling. well what is fighting back? is it firing james comey? is it potentially asking andrew mccabe who he voted for? is it demanding loyalty? is it being angry that jeff sessions is no longer in charge of the russia investigation because he s recused himself of it? and, you know, the reporters asked him that. it asked him about mccabe and why he asked him if he would who he voted for. the president said he didn t remember
