The State of Tennessee, including the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) and the Shelby County District Attorneys Office (SCDAO) violated the Americans with Disabilities Act by enforcing the states aggravated prostitution law and discriminating against people with HIV, the Department of Justice (DOJ) said in a press release on Friday, World AIDS Day.
