one person is in serious condition after a hit and run on milwaukee s south side. night milwaukee police say a man in his twenties was riding his motorcycle on mitchell street. when he approached the intersection of mitchell and muskego avenue he tried to go around cars stopped at the red light. it was then that the rider was hit by a silver s-u-v. police say the driver of the s-u-v stopped briefly and then sped off. anyone with information should call police. city leaders take action into their own hands. after a long debate over what to do about the estabrook dam a plan is milwaukee mayor tom barrett, county executive chris abele and the milwaukee metropolitan sewage district were the minds behind the idea. first the city has to rezone the dam then it will be sold to m-m-s-d for a dollar and then they can tear it down. the trio argues this is the most cost- effective and environmentally friendly option. opponents say the dam keeps property values high. this proposal is

people have been using these images of creepy clowns to make threats. often against schools. today police in washington township arrested a 13-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boy in separate incidents. the girl has confessed to making online threats against fellow students. she has been charged with cyber harassment. police say the boy was making a general threat to do harm to the public. in philadelphia police have identified a 13-year-old girl who made creepy clown threats towards local schools. action news reporter jeanette reyes is live at the school administration building. these may be intended as pranks, but parents and police say there is nothing funny about them. reporter: that s exactly right. these clown threats and sightings, jim, really terrorized the country and hit close to home over the weekend after several threats were made to area schools. tonight we learn about the arrests made and why experts say specifically clowns tend to get the kind of reactions we

full screen. there s cloud cover out there to the north and east. looks like we ll start out with some sunshine across the region which is good news as we take a look at visibilities once again today, there is the possibility of some patchy fog. visibilities actually there were pad in our reporting stations but every now and then some patchy fog possible so that s something to watch out for. cool, 51 degrees in allentown, vaught degrees in 58 degrees in trenton. we re looking at nice warmup later on this afternoon. 59 degrees by 7 o clock with some sun mixing with clouds. by 10 o clock 67 and the afternoon has a shot at looking mostly cloudy 69 by noon. 67 degrees by 6 o clock. a slight chance of a little bit of drizzle or a real light spotty sprinkle or shower today but most of you stay dry. we re continuing to track hurricane matthew as it charges up the coast this weekend potentially and karen we ll take a look at the latest long range model tracks and see whether or not
rogers joins us. on satellite there are clouds to the north and east of philadelphia. a little bit more to the south and they are going to start to gather. within those clouds we also have a little shower that s opened up. this is still on the other side of trenton but it is angling down out of the northeast towards trenton and if it doesn t fall apart we might get a little bit wet in parts of bucks county and eventually northeast philadelphia. we ll see whether or not that holds together. future tracker six has been showing us that there s the possibility of some fog out there and this morning visibilities are below a mile in mount pocono. most of the stations are not bad. where you see patches of gray that s an indication of possible fog. careful of that again this morning. 60 degrees currently in philadelphia, 50 degrees in allentown, 51 degrees in reading. 61 in trenton. 56 in wilmington. not a lot of wind but certainly on the cool side. 61 in cape may. and as we roll t
