Earlier this month the National Transportation Safety Board released the final accident report on the derailment of a CSX train in Hyndman in the early hours of Aug. 2, 2017. The train, carrying a variety of cargo, including hazardous and flammable materials, derailed, caused a subsequent explosion and fire and forced officials to issue an evacuation order for the town.
