Sanders had been leading if you were watching the returns all last night right till the very end. Then what happened . The vote came in in louisville, the biggest city in the state. Hillarys strongest county, one of her strongest counties in the state. She got a big margin there at the wire, just enough to put her ahead of Bernie Sanders, so she gets the win in kentucky it looks like. Then take a look at the other contest a couple hours later. They had the mailin votes come in out in oregon. Bernie sanders puts up a win there. There is rounding here. Basically it was a ninepoint win for Bernie Sanders. They both got rounded up. The signific
