LGBTQ alumni of Christian institutions often felt isolated and traumatized during their college years. Many are working to make sure current students have it better.

In recent years, the school has made clear that it does not embrace gender and sexual diversity.

In a highly anticipated decision earlier this month, OCR reaffirmed the broad discretion that religious institutions may have under the religious exemption in Title IX.
