of this. the columbus fire department said seven people were transported to hospitals. two were listed in stable condition at one hospital and another two, their conditions are unknown and then three others we re told, their condition is unknown as well and the hospital location is still unclear but again, seven transported. conditions unknown on five of them. two listed in stable condition. jim, what does it tell you anything that these victims were taken to different hospitals? doesn t seem like that large of a number but does it imply they had different injuries because of different medical centers? it s possible because it could be a great trauma plan where the ambulance isn t responding and trying to get them quickly to different trauma surgeons. multiple victims like that, it could be, it doesn t tell us much about the shooter. we ve had campus shootings, unfortunately, where one shooter with one handgun is able to
munitions used that struck the hospital. there are reports going back and forth with doctors without borders saying there was no taliban, no firing in the area, but afghan officials saying their people on the ground say they were under fire from taliban fighters at the hospital location. right. bob, to you. i want you to listen to what senator john mccain, what he said on state of the union this morning. if we had had a forward air controller it probably would not have happened. this is also a result of our withdrawal. it was surprising this taliban attack in kunduz because it is in the northern part of the country where the taliban have never been as strong as they have in other parts of the country. it is an element of surprise, failure to have air controllers there and it s one of the reasons why we hate wars.
we re near the hospital location, but this is all residential and this entire grassy area that you can see was filled with debris piled up. they ve come in with bulldozers. you can see people working and they re creating these piles. they re out here with chain saws chopping down the trees and trying to make more safe conditions and part of that reason, too, is because more storms are going to be a possibility in the upcoming days and with all that unstable debris and things hanging and limbs you can see that are kind of broken off and over you know, it doesn t take that strong of a wind to create more problems and get some of this beginning to kick on up. there are also continuing their search and rescue efforts for today. they ve kicked the media out and all people, actually. they re not even letting residents go back to their homes now, so nobody can get into that area because they want to really make sure that people are getting accounted for, every
