A federal judge in Montana blocked enforcement in healthcare settings of a law that prohibited discrimination in employment and the provision of services based on vaccination status including COVID vaccinations finding the law is unconstitutional and preempted by federal law.
It s the second lawsuit challenging Montana s "vaccine discrimination" law, which is the only such law in the country that applies the prohibition to the private sector.
