The Houston Police Department is looking for suspects accused of beating and robbing a woman at an ATM machine on Houston’s south side.

A search was underway for a driver who fled the scene after causing a chain-reaction crash that led to the death of a man and woman riding on a scooter in southeast Houston, police said.

A man was hit and killed by a rideshare driver who was traveling with a passenger near downtown Tuesday, the Houston Police Department said.

Police say the suspect fled the scene, but later returned and was positively identified.
