USBP Arrests 2 Felons over Holiday Weekend

SAN DIEGO San Diego Sector Border Patrol agents arrested two convicted felons over the weekend during two separate incidents in San Diego County.
On Friday, at 5:09 p.m., agents patrolling State Route 94 near Campo pulled over a Black Honda Accord near Star Ranch Rd. Agents questioned the driver and three passengers. The passengers were determined to be illegally present in the U.S. All four subjects were taken to a nearby Border Patrol Station for further processing. At the station, agents discovered that the driver, a 28-year-old United States citizen, was a documented gang member with an extensive criminal history.
