Anchoring at Tuas View Extension off AVLCC

From 9 March to 8 September, bulk carriers will be anchoring and discharging sand at the break bulking slots at Tuas View Extension. The arrival and departure movements of bulk carriers will take place during daylight hours.

Reporting procedures for vessels manoeuvring in port

The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore would like to inform that working VHF channels of Keppel Control and Pasir Panjang Control have been re-designated to VHF 05 and VHF Ch 18, respectively.
Pursuant to sections 10, 44 and 45 of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act (Cap. 170A) and regulation 3 of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Port) Regulations 1997, the Port Master hereby directs that with effect from 01 March 2021 at 0001hours, all vessels to which this circular applies, shall comply with the [new] reporting procedures for vessels manoeuvring in port.

Amended health protocol
Thursday, January 7, 2021, Port Louis, Mauritius
The Government of Mauritius has advised that entry to passengers from the UK and South Africa or those who have transited through these countries during the last 15 days is prohibited until 10 January 2021.
Amended protocol for vessel operations in Port Louis has been published.
All Agents will have to submit the following information by email to [email protected] 24 hours before the arrival of any vessel at Port Louis harbour:
i. The Maritime Declaration of Health;
ii. Port of calls;
iv. Any shore leave in the last ports;
v. A report, which includes a list of all crew members with their body temperature just before the report’s delivery;

At most French ports, crew arriving from UK for crew change must have a negative PCR test result of less than 72 hours.

PCR test requirement update

With effect from 30 December 2020, all international passengers arriving Turkey via air travel will have to present a negative PCR test result conducted within the last 72 hours. This procedure will be effective until 1 March 2021 and applies to all transfers and transits and passengers from 6 years old. Passengers who do not submit a negative PCR test result will not admitted to the flight.
