A software engineer who was reportedly fired by software company Bitwarden for putting "Assigned by God" as his preferred pronoun on his employee profile has filed a civil rights lawsuit against his former employer. His lawyer explains,ย "We have a real growing hate against Christians now. I feel like, for some reason, companies donโt think they have rights because of the spirit of the time."

Chicago's amended Human Rights Ordinance requires employers in city hold sexual harassment prevention training for employees by July 1 to avoid fines. All employees need 1 hour prevention training and 1 hour bystander training. Supervisors need 2 hours prevention training.

On Tuesday 30 May, Nedbank opened its 252nd new branch, in Main Road in Strand.
The site, reconstituted from the branch that was there before, was closed for a while as reconstruction was underway to occupy a smaller space, almost halving to its current size.
