Are actually africanamerican and if were not making it possible for nonprofits to serve the people struggling to stay in San Francisco we have unprecedented reserves his here in the city we have 30 million 30 million and a Budget Stabilization reserve 160 million 160 million and our general fund reserve. Coming from the nonprofit world and being there for over 30 years and actually running one for about 18 years, i know how difficult it is when you dont get a cost of living adjustment for your budget and when we talk about cost of living you know when you have to operate a nonprofit, it includes everything from administrative costs to salaries and sometimes theres certain things go up faster than others.
