Carroll County to apply for state grant to continue services for residents who are homeless

Carroll County commissioners agreed to apply for a grant and provide a county match of $544,507 to give the Human Services Programs of Carroll County a total of $1.16 million to continue services such as homeless prevention, rental assistance, and outreach to those living without shelter.
